If you would like to return an item for a refund, it must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us by email: info@argentiumsilver.com or call us: +44 (0)20 4542 7031 within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us that you would like to make a return - you will then have 14 days to return any purchased item. All returned items must be in the same condition they were received and must include jewellery packaging, together with the original sales receipt.

Please note that engraved or personalised pieces cannot be refunded unless proven defective or faulty. Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygienic reasons, unless proven defective or faulty.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of tender, and will be processed within 14 working days of return.

Please note that any exchanges must be of equal or lesser value to the original purchase.

Once you have contacted us, a member of our team will provide you with instructions for completing your return. Depending on the type of order placed, you (the customer) may be liable for postage paid for returns or exchanges.

Important Holiday Delivery Information:​

Our offices will be closed on 24 December 2021 and will reopen 4 January 2022.

The online shop will remain open during our holiday hours but we recommend placing your order on or before Wednesday 15 December to receive your parcel in time for the holidays.

Please allow plenty of time for posting! We try our best to fulfill your orders in a timely manner.
